I think this should be a ton of fun! I am excited about it already!
This will be a great time! Lets draw names for Christmas at this time too. How does everyone want to do it this year? M and J
We won't be doing the drawing this year. With both families and 4 drawings we just have to say no.
I know it is a little late, but I like Drew's idea. Married couples count as one person and we draw for the babies.
Sorry. Forgot to sign in. Lee and I think Drew's idea is a good idea.
I totally agree about couples receiving one gift. But I put everything on paper to figure out how the drawing would work: If we put couples together on one slip of paper and put everyone else on their own slip of paper (including the kiddies), that makes 14 slips of paper in the drawing. However, there are 15 adults. How can 15 adults draw from 14 slips of paper??? It will only work if Dad and Jeanne are not included in the drawing. Then there will be 13 slips of paper and 13 adults in the drawing. I'm pretty sure all of us want to give a gift to Dad & Jeanne, so they don't really need to have their name drawn. (Plus, we know they always give everyone stuff, so they don't need to draw one of our names!) Is this what you had in mind all along and I'm just now figuring it out? =P
